These Terms of Service apply to all services, products, and content provided by Meditation and Belly Dance Sanna Myllylä (Business ID: 3284298-2), including online courses sold through our online store and in-person classes held in Finland. Our website is https://www.dansence.com.

By using our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you should not use our services.

Registration and payments

Registration for in-person classes takes place by purchasing the course through our online store. Participation entitles you to one free trial class unless otherwise stated.

Online courses are purchased and paid through our online store. Online courses are digital products, and access is provided to the customer by email or via our platform after payment.

Accepted payment methods for in-person classes include Smartum and ePassi (available only in Finland).

Cancellations

Registration for in-person classes can be cancelled at least 7 days before the course starts by notifying us by email or phone. Individual class sessions cannot be cancelled.

Online courses are digital products delivered immediately after payment. According to Finnish consumer protection law, there is no right of withdrawal for online courses once the delivery has started and the customer has accepted this when placing the order.

Course usage rights

Online course materials are for personal use only. Customers are not allowed to share, copy, store, publish, or distribute the materials to third parties without prior written permission from Meditation and Belly Dance Sanna Myllylä.

All course materials (including videos, audio recordings, and guides) are protected by copyright.

In-person teaching

In-person classes are held in Finland only. The class duration is 75 minutes, including time for group changes and attendance check. Course schedules and holidays are published on our website.

We reserve the right to make temporary or permanent changes to class times or instructors.

If in-person classes cannot be held due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. authority regulations, natural disasters, epidemics), the classes may be converted into online teaching (e.g. via Zoom).

Liability

Meditation and Belly Dance Sanna Myllylä is not responsible for personal accidents. Customers are advised to have their own personal insurance. We are not responsible for items left in dressing rooms.

We are not liable for damages arising from third-party services (such as Zoom). Our services are provided “as is” without any warranty.

Intellectual property rights

All rights to course and teaching content belong to Meditation and Belly Dance Sanna Myllylä or its licensors. Customers receive only a limited right to use the content for personal purposes.

Meditation and Belly Dance Sanna Myllylä may use carefully selected photos or videos taken during classes or performances for marketing purposes (e.g. website, social media), unless otherwise agreed.

Accounts and security

If use of our services requires an account, the customer is responsible for keeping account information accurate and secure. The customer is responsible for all activities on their account.

Jurisdiction and applicable law

These Terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation and secondarily by Finnish courts.

Right to modify

Meditation and Belly Dance Sanna Myllylä reserves the right to modify these Terms at its discretion. We will notify you of significant changes within a reasonable time before they take effect.
