I’m Sanna Myllylä – a professional in Oriental belly dance and a certified meditation and mindfulness instructor.
I’ve been dancing for over 30 years and guiding people into presence through movement for several years.
Dance taught me confidence and body awareness. Mindfulness helped me stay grounded in a demanding life situation. Combining the two became Dansence™ – a way to practice bellydance with presence.

Do I need previous experience with dance or mindfulness?
No. Dansence™ is designed for beginners too – all movements and mindful pauses are guided clearly and calmly.

How much time does the course take?
You can practice in 5 minutes at a time. One week is enough for the basic course, and you can always repeat the videos.

Do I need any special equipment?
No. Comfortable clothes and a bit of space are enough. You can practice in your living room. A mirror can help with observing your posture.
