Start with the foundation
Belly dance becomes easier when your body understands where the movement begins.
In Dansence Community, you can practise posture, breath, core support, hip movements, upper body control, arm pathways and short movement combinations through clear video lessons.
The training is designed to help movements feel more natural in your body, so your dancing can become more relaxed, expressive and confident over time.
You can use the Community as your main belly dance practice or as support between live classes and workshops.

Your teacher: Sanna Myllylä
I am a Finnish belly dance teacher, performer and mindfulness instructor. I have practised belly dance for over 30 years and taught it for around 20 years.
My teaching combines clear technique, body awareness, musicality and a warm, encouraging atmosphere. I want to help you find movement that feels good in your body and looks natural in your dancing.
I have also worked as a dancer in Egypt, and Egyptian style remains an important part of my dance background and teaching.
